Because of air transport regulations on batteries, Vig scooters are shipped only via UPS ground shipping. We offer free shipping within Canada and the lower 48 states for all orders over $150. Applicable customs, duties and taxes are not included in the price. Note that there is a surcharge to destinations in Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Hawaii and Alaska. Contact us first before placing an order to obtain a quote.
Note that if a product is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for any return shipment costs, re-delivery costs, plus an administrative fee of $50. We will hold all returned items for one week before re-stocking them.
