After riding scooters for a couple years, we always imagined the perfect mix of components and attributes but could never find it in a single scooter. Even when we got close, the service provided by the company selling it left a lot to be desired.

Vig is our answer to “what makes the perfect scooter?”. It’s all the little things that together add up to a comfortable, safe and super fun ride.

Vig is our response to companies who have let us down because they don’t seem to care about customers after the sale. We believe keeping you going year after year is part of a superior riding experience.

Vig scooters are sold, serviced and supported by micromobility enthusiasts who value performance as much as good old-fashioned customer service.

We’re not a manufacturer, but more than just a run-of-the-mill retailer or distributor. We scour the world for e-scooter products we feel embody our ethos of fantastic ride quality and that are not well represented in North America but should be—in other words we look for “diamonds in the rough”. We then rebrand the product, either by upgrading components or developing our own documentation and service/support processes (usually all of these) so we can offer products that are both unique in the marketplace and best-in-class.

We only sell what we ride, what we have personally torn apart and put back together, what we’ve witnessed being built at the factory. We’re exceptionally picky about the manufacturers we partner with and have formed close relationships with them.

We’re in this to help save the planet, offer an affordable alternative to a car, and introduce the world to what we’ve learned: that the right scooter is equal parts exhilaration, durability and awesome customer service.
