The Vig Service Technician Network

Inevitably there will come a time when your scooter requires maintenance and servicing. Some Vig owners will opt to perform this work themselves, but many would rather not. While some e-bikes stores are an option, and it’s possible to ship your scooter to us at Vig for servicing, many times that’s not practical. For this reason we’ve developed our network of service technicians that can perform virtually any needed service on your Vig.

Each technician in our network has been vetted as capable and reliable, and they have access to all Vig parts and assistance from Vig HQ. They can perform warranty work, non-warranty repairs and maintenance.

Vig doesn’t set or control technician rates, so pricing is arranged between the technician and the customer.
